Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the article is to analyze the differences in the proposed amendments to the various political parties in the 2015 Parliamentary elections and the main candidates in the Presidential election in the 2015, moreover, it is to identify social groups in employment policy and the labor market to which proposed declarations and actions are directed. The article concerns the analysis of the formula of the unemployment problem in the election manifesto and approaches to the problems of unemployment and employment in the electoral manifestos of political parties, in particular the author of the article focuses on the changes in the scope of the working age, the minimum wage in the context of employment policy and the labor market, issues of duality in the labor market and combating unemployment among young people. The article indicates the differences in the proposed amendments to the various political parties and candidates in the presidential election, but it was not possible to determine the costs of all the declarations during the elections due to the vagueness in their election manifestos. There has been a reformulation of the problem of unemployment in the election manifestos, the problem of “fighting unemployment” applied only to young people in other respects it has been reformulated in the context of “employment growth”, “job creation” and “development through employment”.
