Summary/Abstract: Managing resources contains requests about selecting and securing needed resources in organization. Organization must select and set on disposal needed resources for conducting and realising its own strategy and goals. The goal is realization and maintance of system about absolute control over quality (TQM-a) and constant improvment of his efficianty and also incresing buyers sattisfaction by completing their requests. For the organization to succeseed it is ov extreme value timley, efficient application and usage of resources. By resources we mean personel, infrastructure and work enviorment. All acctivityes that affect quality of a product and\or a service that requers coworkers, which are in accordance with theire ducation, extra training, skills and experience qualified for their acctuall task. For all activityes in proces personel of according competition must be used. Responsibilities and authoritys bust be strictly clear and published. Organization must make sure for that the work is continues and a need for kompetition and education betwen coworkors is present. For satisfying these needs edducation must be taken care of or set other measures. Organization must grade the efficeny of those measures. Rezults serve for estimating succses, learning of coworkers and for concepting and imporving future educations. Working enviorment that organization selected, secured and is maintaininng is of great value for product/service and also on potencional ability of a coworker. Working enviorment is a combination of human and physic factors and can potentionaly increase effect of an organisation.
