Summary/Abstract: Development of the Internet and modern technology results in the formtransformation of individual products on the market. Currently the Internet itself isconverted to the so-called Internet 3.0 (Internet of Things). At the same time selectedproducts are transformed into smart connected products. They are characterised bycontinuous access to the Internet, which use in everyday functioning, networking anda certain degree of autonomy of functioning. The purpose of this article is to determinethe direction in which the product innovations are evolving under the influence of theevolution of the Internet itself. The source of information will be literature.
