Interactive knowledge management vs. innovativeness of Łodzki region

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present an integrated approach to knowledge management in organizational growth in the light of regional co-operation. The authors present a comparison of assumption to regional innovation strategies for 2007-2013 and 2030. These assumptions are further confronted with research on innovation strategies in businesses in 2011-2012. The lack of business interaction in R&D activities seems to be the main barrier to reaching the targets of the regional innovation strategy.
