Summary/Abstract: The objection to forced execution represents an important procedural means in the procedure of forced execution that safeguards the rights of any interested party. Among the three different types of such objection, we are going to present some aspects regarding the objection to the bailiff’s refusal to carry out an execution or an act of execution.
