Summary/Abstract: The article looks at the selected issues related to posted workers, i.e. employees who are sent by his or her employer to carry out a service in another EU member state on a temporary basis. The author explains the substance of this regulations and how it is different from mobile workers and mobile citizens. Statistics and legal framework, including revision of the posting of workers directive, are covered as well.
