Cooperation as a Management Tool in Local Government

Summary/Abstract: The article presents work as a management tool in the local government organization,analyzing its characteristics: identifiable form, contributing to improvingthe management process and repeatability. The authors would establish two types ofinternal cooperation (social participation) and the exterior of inter-organizational collaborationand reported examples of their practical use in the process management inlocal government. The added value is to indicate the directions of empirical research,developing further the issue presented
