Summary/Abstract: This article presents possibilities offered by the Tool for the Measurement of the Value of Human Capital (NKL) in relation to areas shaping qualitative dimensions of human capital in multicultural organizations. These areas include: organizational culture, interpersonal relations, knowledge sharing, competences, satisfaction and engagement. These areas share also the environment, which influences not only the quality of human capital, but also the effectiveness of its utilization. Tool for theMeasurement of the Value of Human Capital (NKL), thanks to the module focused on surveying these areas, allows for their thorough analysis and continuous monitoring.
