Summary/Abstract: Abrupt widening modern computer and digital technologies are bring many social unacceptable behaviorals which must be adequately approbate in national legislative. Convention on cybercrime and Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime is documents of Council of Europe whose described computer criminal acts. As Republic of Croatia wish to be a part of European Union, in Croatian Criminal law are be incorporated provisions of Convention of cybercrime and Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime.
