Summary/Abstract: The author of the article discusses with theses of judgment Polish Constitutional Court (case no. SK 46/15). The author presents her own opinion about lack of possibility appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court in costs of proceeding subject. Article based on the European Court on Human Rights in Strasbourg case law and particularly based on the polish case law.
