Summary/Abstract: Requirements, tasks and expectations of society in general being put into schools and colleges are becoming more complex. In this mass of one of the most current set by the education ministers of OECD member states, concerned with improving the quality of learning that can be achieved, provided that all students provide high-quality teaching. Having in mind many differences in the educational systems in various countries it has been clearly revealed an important common feature of education systems, which displays that most countries have developed specialized centers, which deal with teacher training colleges. The quality of teacher knowledge, which relies on the improvement of selection criteria in their education and employment includes insurance and the increase of the theoretical and practical preconditions for access to education as well as the quality knowledge transfer, in the educational system, to those whom were primarily meant.
