Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to elaborate the possibilities and ways of improvement of reformed process in education which have been taking place for four academic years at Medical School, University of Sarajevo with special reference to clinical subjects. So, by taking into an account two fundamental steps in higher education system: Bologna process implementation and reformed curriculum introduction as a new way of education and realization of education process, the latter was utterly changed with certain advantages and disadvantages. Paying attention to advantages and disadvantages of reformed curriculum, we will try to contribute in improvement and enhancement of the quality of education process.
