Impact of Globalization and Regionalization on the Management in the Public Sphere

Summary/Abstract: This article reviews and analyzes the impact of globalization and regionalization on the management in the public sphere. The various consequences for the management in the public sphere have been described - economic, political, social, cultural, demographic, as well as some of the security consequences. Key emphasis has been laid on changes in human resource management, regional and local development within the context of globalization and regionalization.
