Paradoxical methods of interpretation in the process of transformation of the musical genre (on the example of the liturgical creativity of Lesia Dychko)

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with L. Dychko's liturgical oeuvre regarded from the point of view of music genre transformation. In the article there also have been characterized the peculiarity and forms of this process, worked out the inherent terminology in order to define the process of subjective genre interpretation. The article elaborates on the effect of paradoxical methods of interpretation on the process of liturgical genre transformation performed by the composer.
