Summary/Abstract: The representation of Slovak people in Czech film is nearly connect with searching advisable pictures of ourselves, with national self-identification, for which is Slovak ´s vision likeable, but mostly social, culture and economic worse, the important component of support to our national self-confidence. The author calls basic movements in representation of Slovak in Czech film in last years, include wider box no explicative „too Slovakian“ characters, which are play by actors from Slovakia. She is interests about what is behind explicate and implicit transmission on concept „too Slovakian“, from which this concept (seened and cultivated by actual moving picture in Czech Republic) consist of and which strategies are for innovation and debugging, whether even revaluate.
