Summary/Abstract: Having analysed agon behavior on the roads, I would like to reconstruct the elimination of a ludic factor in the process of the development of motorization. Over the century that new invention has changed the world. With the development of infrastructure new laws have been introduced. Since the 19th century the laws and regulations eliminating agon have gradually become more rigorous. The authorities use more control over such behavior and penalization has become stricter – the practice resembles Bentham’s Panopticon.
