Summary/Abstract: Currently, the functioning of the economy of any territory can’t be imagined without information infrastructure, which affects on all areas of human activity, smoothing differentiation of life quality in urban and rural areas. In this regard, it is important to analyze the impact of ICT on economic performance. One of the best methods may be correlation and regression analysis.
