Summary/Abstract: This paper concerns issues dealing with the goals of public procurement system and their interplay with the goals of public procurement law. The author points out the realization of different goals and principles in law system and underlines the need to include them as a part of public procurement legal framework. This paper contains also some de lege ferenda remarks in respect of the new Polish Public Procurement Law, which is about to be prepared.
