Summary/Abstract: Since the middle of the Twentieth Century thanks to rapidly prograssive technology; technical textiles such as functional textiles, high performance fibers and fabrics, electronic textiles are developed and the influence of fashion and technology interactive relation is continuous in the Twenty-first Century. Avant-garde fashion designers forecast that the trends of the future as they determine the vision of their designs will be in the direction of fashion, interacting with technology. Designers, scientists, engineers and textile engineers are interdisciplinary approach who are developing various new technologies. And fashion designers are reflecting these innovative technologies on their fabrics and garment designs.The interplay of electronic textiles and wearable technology, wearables for fashion, design and science is a highly promising and topical subject. Four important designers who are innovative and pioneering in the field of fashion design: Hüseyin Çağlayan, Ryan Genz, Francesca Rosella and Anouk Wipprecht are investigated in this research. The four designers researched are the most remarkable and most famous names who have realized firsts in their fields and use the support of innovative technologies. Offered here is an exeamples of the role technology plays in a fabric or article of clothing. In the study, design, engineering, science and technology will be referred to from electronic textiles, smart textiles, nanotechnology, coded clothing, which are developed jointly or interdisciplinary by the disciplines. The concept of technology interacting with the fashion concept is conveyed with some important examples from the current fashion design products.
