Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to examine the illustrations of Little Red Riding Hood in terms of its role in intercultural interaction. In accordance with this aim, firstly the tale concept, the concept of illustration, the types and techniques of illustrations, the concept of culture and the relationship between illustration and culture are explained and discussed. Later, different designers, who illustrated the Little Red Riding Hood have been determined (Arthur Rackham, Walter Crane, David Roberts, Daniel Egnéus, Henry Nahurski, Clémentine Sourdais, Ayşe İnan Alican, Bethan Woollvin) and it has been examined how the designers that were researched conveyed the cultural structure through their works.
