Summary/Abstract: The main objective of paper is to discuss issues related to the degree of innovation of a family business in Poland. An attempt is made to address the problem of research on whether, in Poland, the family business is highly innovative and is trying to widely implement modern technologies in the areas of management, customer service and processes associated with the supply or distribution of products. In addition, the attention will be given to find the causes of the current state of innovation family businesses in Poland. The paper uses method of desk research, data analysis, which is found in the literature, and which concerns issues related to innovation of family businesses.
