Summary/Abstract: The subject of trade relations governed by Roman law is related to the partnership (societas), which bring together roman citizens for carrying out commercial activities, often with the use of the considerable capital and merging multiple parties to achieve certain commercial purpose. Some procedural issues are treated in connection with this subject and they are in the focus of this article.
