POETICS OF REPETITION AND OF THE REPEATED IN THE WORKS OF BRANKO ĆOPIĆ

Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes some forms and meanings of repeated images, summaries, motives, heroes, anecdotes and lines in Ćopić’s works for children. Although critics often assessed Ćopić’s inclination towards repetitions as a shortcoming, the given procedure is seen here as a fruitful self-quoting technique.
