Summary/Abstract: Employees’ loyalty toward organizations is decreasing gradually recently. This phenomenon negatively affects the dimensions of organizational behavior directly or indirectly. In this study, the effect of psychological capital on organizational identification, and the mediating role of perceived organizational support in this association are explored. Thereby, data based on the government employees in Bitlis Province (n=478) are analyzed (exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, regression analysis) and it is supported that psychological capital increases positively and significantly perceived organizational support and organizational identification. Besides, the mediating role of organizational support in the association between psychological capital and organizational identification is supported using tree step regression analysis and Sobel Test.
