Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to study the relationships between perceived organizational support, organizational identification and manager’s ethical behaviors. In this context, study was performed on 300 research assistants who work in different public universities which are institutionalized and demonstrate high academic performance in Turkey. According to the findings, there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational behavior and organizational identification; there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational behavior and manager’s ethical behaviors and there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational identification and manager’s ethical behaviors.
