Summary/Abstract: Due to the well-known criticism of Jovan Skerlić, Isidora Sekulić’s first short fiction collection, Fellow Travellers, was rarely analysed for its numerous narratological innovations characteristic for the early phase of Serbian literary expressionism. The paper deals with the analysis of the basic modernist procedures such as psychonarration, dissociation of the subject, transgression, gender discourse, discoursive and essayistic reflections, etc.
