What Are They Saying to Us?

Summary/Abstract: The aesthetics of our visual surroundings has been ‘suffering’ from the so-called graffiti for a couple of recent years. Numerous spray-painted characters, writings, and drawings have been appearing on city walls, which seem to be visual rubbish in our environment. Graffiti is a phenomenon in which one can discern the aspects of both creation and destruction, whose causes are complex and manifold, including ideological, artistic, personal, football-related etc. Children and youngsters should be educated and informed about this issue.
