Does macroeconomics have to have microeconomic founations?

Summary/Abstract: In the article, the authors verify the research hypothesis that the microeconomic foundations of macroeconomics are exemplifi ed by introducing simplifying assumptions that are the result of microeconomics research into macroeconomic models. This transformation of exogenous variables into endogenous should contribute to improving the prediction of economics and better prediction of economic events in the future. This does not mean, however, that a macroeconomic theory can not be built without microeconomic foundations.
