Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to refer to the econometric possibilities of estimating the impact of property attributes on the value of real estate, based on a model adapted by the Szczecin algorithm of mass property valuation. The following problems have been discussed: the introduction of qualitative explanatory variables with respect to the measurement scale, the number of explanatory variables, the linearity and randomness of the explanatory variables, the properties of the random component, and the influence of attributes on the estimated model.
