Summary/Abstract: This article presents an adaptation of the leadership questionnaire MLQ 5x, (edition 2004) in military environment. The questionnaire is based on transformational leadership model created by Bernard Bass (1985-2004). The validity, reliability and factor structure of the questionnaire has been confirmed.
