Shaping of organizational structures in partnership projects

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article was to identify and label directly the unobservable factors that induce organizations to enter into permanent relationships with other entities for the purpose of co-operation, most often manifested in the implementation of various types of projects. The first subsections show the essence of project organizational structures and partnership projects. The final part presents the results of the quantitative analysis of collected data within the electronic survey method.
