Psychological Aspects of Pathological Behavior in Today`s Management on the Example of Selected Manipulations

Summary/Abstract: Taking into account modern conditions of Polish social, cultural, economic or political life, it should be noted that as a result of political changes initiated more than a quarter of a century before, in addition to the positive aspects of the development of our country, some new sources and indications of broadly defined pathology continually reveal. It is worth paying attention to economic processes. Economics, both at the macro and micro scale is a particularly sensitive area of the misappropriation. The article focuses on selected aspects of financial and accounting manipulations made by modern financial and accounting service.
