Summary/Abstract: Employee involvement in work is recognized as an effort put into activities performed, which is associated with some voluntary emotional penetration and increasing activity in the work performed. In the article, the authors made a comparison of models and variables shaping the employee’s involvement, listed in the subject literature. The aim of this publication is to indicate which variables of involvement are most often given in the scientificliterature.
