Summary/Abstract: The article indicates the importance of age management in contemporary organizations. Attention is paid to such areas of age management as comprehensive strategies, training and development, and the policy of terminating employment in foreign companies. The aim of this publication is to point to solutions in the field of age management applied in foreign companies that can be implemented in Polish enterprises. The presented practices also indicate the real characteristics of older people who are in opposition to the adopted stereotypes about them.
