CONTENT ANALYSE OF RESAT AYSU’S NIHAVENT SAZ SEMAI AS FOR BASIC SKILLS IN UD INSTRUCTION

Summary/Abstract: Traditional Turkish music instrumental Works and etudes are the fundamental factors in ud teaching. Students of ud are able to develop and reinforce their skills by using these instrumental works and etudes. Therefore while choosing and applying this instrumental works and etudes which have a significant importance, it is required to move in the most productive way to teach ud instrment. The study was conducted with a descriptive model and document-scanning method. In this study, it is aimed to examine that the existence of basic behaviors and availability of this behaviors in ud instruction of Reşat Aysu’ s Nihavent saz semai. As a result of research carried out it was determined that Reşat Aysu’s Nihavent saz semai can be used for ud instruction in terms of both having basic behaviors and availability of this behaviors which are important for developing technical skills on some certain levels of ud instruction. Various music education schools, various kinds of instrumental works has begun to use in ud instruction for technical and musical developmend of ud.
