ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL ON PROCEDURES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SCIENTIFIC DEGREE AND LABOR IN ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the administrative control, performed over the procedures for conferral of higher education degree and holding academic posts in Bulgaria. The diversity of types of administrative control is a base for analysis of the special normative sources in this sphere and on this basis the author make summaries, proposals and recommendations. The accent of the examination is on the analysis of the actual normative regulation in the Development of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act, referred to the last amendments and the related procedure norms for administrative appeal.
