Human essential rights consolidation inside freedom, security and justice

Summary/Abstract: The need to change and adapt the concepts of fundamental human rights is at the center of gravity of European Union foreign and domestic security. Only by investing in knowledge and developing new technologies, Europeans shall be protected from threats such as terrorism, natural disasters and crime, yet their right to privacy and fundamental rights are protected. This is the need for states to share resources, ideas and information to draw individual values, to benefit from others' best practices and improve interoperability between technologies and procedures.
