Summary/Abstract: The right to intimate family and personal is governed by Art. 26 of the Constitution, having a complex inside and it is of great importance for freedom and individual personality. Meanwhile, press freedom as part of freedom of speech is a guarantee to reject any kind of censorship, a guarantee of accurate and honest information for citizen with substantial and direct effect to strengthen our young and fragile democracy. Simultaneous compliance with both means rights assume limiting their rights but often this line is exceeded in one way or another and because these two terms of the dynamics closely related to developments or changes in social mores and political society general.
