Summary/Abstract: The qualitative research was conducted in this research. Qualitative research is a type of research in which the researcher studies a problem by exploration of phenomenon. Different approaches for conducting research studies have developed over the time. The phenomenology design was selected for this study. The participants in this study were teachers that serve in pilot implementation schools. The participants were selected by purposed sampling method. The data were collected through semi-structured interview form. The data were gathered through personal interviews. Obtained interview records analysed with content analyse. As a result of the analyses made, two themes were determined; these themes, categories and subcategories, if any, are presented by specifying the codes, and direct citations are made from the opinions reported against each code. The expectations of some of the teachers are welcomed, others are not; the results of such suggestions as intensive in-service training have been reached.
