CRITICAL REFLECTIONS ON THE APPLICATION OF ARTICLE 11 (3) OF THE LAW NO. 206/2004 IN THE FIELD OF SUPERIOR EDUCATION

Summary/Abstract: Law no. 206/2004 on good conduct in scientific research, technological development and innovation, regulates the procedural relations of analysis and sanctioning the deviations from the norms of academic scientific research. The lack of provision of the law, that the administrative sanctioning act be communicated to the party found guilty, appears to the author as a leakage of the law, which is why in this article she offers some administrative and civil law arguments for modifying the law by requiring the commission for analysis to communicate the report prepared to the guilty party.
