Summary/Abstract: This article approaches the issue regarding the possession disturbance offence according to the provisions of the article 65 paragraphof Law no. 7/1996. Examining the crime as established by the monographic research scheme, the author emphasizes the provisions of the private law in cadastre and real-estate publicity domain.
