Summary/Abstract: This paper shows the impact of changing the turbocharger compressor wheel design on the power it provides. Two compressor wheel models of different design are made, the power impact of which is studied by simulation analysis using the SolidWorks Flow Simulation software. The results obtained are compared and analyzed and demonstrate the benefits of the new compressor wheel design.
