Summary/Abstract: Customer satisfaction is becoming increasingly influential in the sales, design and future planning of institutions. Customer satisfaction in product design means the shaping of product and the formation of content according to the customers’ expectation. This lead to the replacement of the understanding “I can sell my product” to the “I can sell it if I can produce it according to customers expectation”. In order to determine the degree of customer expectation in product design, a questionnaire was applied to three hundred forty-four operations of the Malatya industrial enterprises by simple random sample method and the results were examined.
