Summary/Abstract: Vacuum Constriction Devices (VCDs) have been used in the therapy of erectile dysfunction since 1874. They may be used in the therapy of erectile dysfunction of different aetiology, severity, and when pharmacotherapy proves ineffective. The method is highly effective.
