Summary/Abstract: The subject of influence of hysterectomy on woman sexual life and orgasms is often discussed in world literature, but it is still unclear problem. In literature there are many articles concerning effectiveness of the urogynecological operations for urinary incontinence. However evaluation of sexual functioning in women after such method of treatment has received too little attention and views on this matter are divided. The paper is a review of literature concerning influence of these two operations on female orgasmic sensation and sexuality.
