Summary/Abstract: The work comprises a form sexual activity during which at dreaming occur different behaviors pretending intercourse, expression of oral or anal sex etc. In comparison with sexual activity that at dreaming is more variable and predominant. An analysis of 17 patients with usage of interview, hypnosis and projecting technics, shows following causes of that syndrom: multiple personality, hidden ties and fascination with other partner, covert and hidden from partner masturbation activity, unfulfilled sexual needs and fancy.
