Objection by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority as a Supervision Measure of Public Administration Body on the Capital Market

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the objection institution as a special kind of possibility of influencing the public administration body to supervise entities and those which are not supervised in principle. Considerations have been made in terms of “strength” of the impact of this type of a supervision measure on potential administrators, as well as the author’s right to change the law on tacit handling and, in particular, the tacit consent of the regulator.
