Summary/Abstract: Development of bancassurance groups strengthens processes linked with insurance products sales, especially those using banking distribution channels. In comparison with classic distribution of insurance services such a solution yields measurable benefits for a bank, an insurance company and clients. The clients gain lower premiums, the insurance companies face lower costs of their products sales, while the banks get commissions out of collected premiums and in consequence can offer a wider range of services. Accordingly to established strategy companies mutually implementing bancassurance concept create complementary product offer, develop distribution channels, support one another in improvement of sales processes, so as to propose to clients complex financial solutions.
