Summary/Abstract: The publication contains description and results validation procedure of Harrison and Handy Organizational Culture Questionnaire to Polish conditions. Validation research were realized on sample N=320 while normalization on sample N=1133. First part of the article presents basic assumptions about organizational culture model and typology. Further parts of the publication contain a validation results, including accuracy, reliability, power of discrimination and normalization with creating percentile norms. The obtained results have appropriate psychometric parameters conditions of Polish organizations.
