About possibility of new classification of languages of the world, proceeding from their melodious-intonational features (preliminary remarks)

Summary/Abstract: In the article against existing classifications of languages of the world the questions connected with melodious-intonational system of oral language (speech) are considered. On an example Turkmen, Korean and some other languages attempt to offer new language classification which is a heel under the account grouping of languages of the world is undertaken. The given classification will allow to concretize some a sight about distant relationship of languages and a number of other important questions of modern linguistics.
